EpioBusiness Server is the Epiowave platform for the total management of business applications.

EpioBusiness Server is primarily for the configuring, deploying and administering business solutions in web-based environments across Intranets, Extranets and the Internet.

More reuse		The same configuration of on-board services can be re-used for every development. The EpioBusiness Server provides an open environment to manage many elements common to business applications, such as server details, security, metrics and user management.
More functionality		The administration tools in EpioBusiness Server provide much more functionality than would otherwise be feasible if they were developed as part of a particular project (eg. Metrics). Updates and new features can be added without affecting existing applications.
Simplified development		Better organisation of system services means Developers can concentrate on delivering the application-specific functionality, the business logic and thus the real business value offered.
Simplified deployment		Packaging and deploying applications is made easier, no matter how complex the solution. EpioBusiness Server treats applications and all their associated files as a single entity, for more streamlined management and deployment.
Greater scalability		Scalability is key to the architecture of any EpioBusiness Server application. Because of its layered architecture, the platform scales to provide high-speed performance for multiple users and at high transaction volumes. Sessions are not tied to any particular Application Server.

Application Services
Just as the System Services provide Administrators and Developers with managed functionality common to most solutions, Application Services provide Administrators and Developers with managed functionality common to most Applications.

There are many important yet tedious programming tasks involved in developing web applications that may not be directly related to the business problem at hand. Offering simple interfaces and sophisticated management tools, Application Services remove the need for much of this programming.
